When booking your bouncy castle or soft play package, please select the date you would like to hire. We will confirm your delivery time slot and booking via email. 

Standard morning delivery is between 8:00am – 12:00pm. If you have a special occasion and require setup earlier or at a specific time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Afternoon deliveries are also available on request. You can choose a 2-hour delivery time slot at checkout.

If you require a late-night collection, please select the latest time slot available under your chosen soft play package. Once selected, you’ll then be able to choose the late-night collection option that works best for you.

Setup Times 

• Soft Play & Bouncy Castle Packages: approx. 45 minutes

• With Personalisation: 45–90 minutes (depending on the design) Please let us know your preferred delivery time so we can plan accordingly. 

Hire Options

Standard day hire runs from 8am – 7pm.

Late-night collection:

7pm–10pm: £20 extra

10pm–midnight: £30 extra

Overnight hire: £40 extra - available for soft play and bouncy castles, £50 extra for bubble house hire.

Supervision Services

If you’d like our team to supervise during your event, this can be arranged:

4 hours – £120

8 hours – £200

Installation Requirements 

• All equipment must be placed on a flat, stable, and safe surface suitable for the setup. 

• Foam safety mats are included with every hire. 

• Bouncy castles are secured with 16-inch steel pegs driven into the ground at a 45° angle for maximum safety. 

• RCD adapters are used with all electrical equipment to ensure safe power usage. 

• Once installed, equipment must not be moved, rotated, or unplugged. If adjustments are required, please contact Little Legends Entertainment directly. 

Safety & Hygiene 

All soft play equipment and bouncy castles are cleaned and sanitised using professional equipment before every hire. 

All inflatables are installed in line with HSE UK standards (BSEN14960) to ensure a safe and secure setup.

Every inflatable is fully tested and fitted with a PIPA tag, which can be verified on the public database for compliance.

We hold public liability insurance and carry out PAT tests on all electrical equipment.

Risk assessments, method statements, and certificates are available on request via email.

Delivery Areas & Charges 

• Free delivery within a 5-mile radius of WN7 5QX. 

• Delivery charges apply outside this area, calculated automatically at checkout.
